MSCP and the Ranger Program The MSCP staff, the biologist, and City Park Rangers compile
and exchange data on use patterns by humans and wildlife to determine
the best management strategies for the long term preservation and
protection of the City’s open space lands and ultimately the success of
the MSCP.
