Wilds of California Morro Bay, California Situated
along California's Central Coast, Morro Bay provides a sanctuary for
both people and wildlife. Morro Rock is a landmark that can be seen for
many miles. Birds such as seagulls and cormorants take up residence here,
while vultures ride the wind currents that rise from this huge rock.
The south end of the harbor flows into a complex marsh system that can be
explored by boardwalks and trails.
